Abstract In this work, a series of tellurite glass frits has been prepared and used as the silver paste in Ag electrode solar cells. The softening temperature have characterized by differential scanning calorimeter. G3 lowest temperature, corresponding composition is 42wt.%TeO2-53wt.% PbO-1wt.%B2O3-4wt.%Bi2O3. surface cross-sectional microstructures cells electron microscope. with lower showed positive influence due to dense formation high strength adhesion force. electrical properties also investigated. screen printed GP3 had optimum properties, which can be ascribed optimized electrode. Therefore, appropriate well improve performance
